International monitoring matters

by michelle on November 19, 2009

The web 2.0 means that consumers are interacting with global brands…globally.

Via the plethora of social media sites, networks, and tools available, people from all around the world talk about brands online with their friends and family, on their blogs and micro-blogs, in forums and chat rooms, which is why we are dedicated to monitoring in multiple languages so that companies can take control of their entire online presence.

China is just one country with rapidly growing consumption rates in which we monitor. Our website is available in Chinese, and along with Russian, is one of the more than 30 languages already monitored by Synthesio.

Watch the video below to find out what one of our knowledge workers has to say about her native country and its importance for global companies.

And as always, leave your comments, suggestions, and questions below, or find us @Synthesio on Twitter.
