Yesterday the Forrester’s Forum for Customer Experience Professionals EMEA in London wrapped up after two days of informative and innovative sessions.

Attendees learned – how to launch customer experience initiatives that deliver measurable results, how to plan and create a road map to customer experience success, how successful customer experience leaders overhaul their strategies, organizations, and processes to get on top and stay there, and much more.

The learning and innovative words of wisdom didn’t stop at the PowerPoint presentations. Throughout the conference, attendees took to Twitter to share nuggets of customer-centric quotes and takeaways from speakers, with over 1,700 tweets in two days.
