To meet our UK growth, we are searching for a talented, driven VP of  Sales with a passion for social media to help us continue to improve and help bring us to the next level.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the UK Managing Director, you will be responsible for creating and delivering Synthesio’s UK sales strategy. Your specific duties are likely to include:

– Developing new business campaign strategies and key account plans to support medium-to-long-term growth

– Ensuring the achievement of team revenue and KPI targets

– Providing hands-on management and mentoring of the sales team, including sales training where necessary, to ensure everyone succeeds

– Playing a major role in RFPs / pitches for global accounts

– Increasing and delivering sales by developing existing relationships and forging new ones

– Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets

– Acting as an ambassador and role model for the company

– Building excitement and passion with employees and customers around what we sell and why it’s important

Desired Skills & Experience

– Proven track record (3+ years) of managing sales teams that overachieve against revenue and growth goals

– Demonstrable experience(8+ years) of negotiating and closing major contracts with large Enterprise customers

– Data driven

– Natural leader, motivator and manager of sales teams

– Ability to thrive in a fast paced early stage company environment

– Excellent breadth and depth of personal network with senior Marketing, Customer Service and/or Market Research decision makers within large brands and agencies

– Skilled presenter and negotiator, with the gravitas to operate at C-level (in fluent English)

– Detailed knowledge of the social media landscape

– Personally active on social media networks

– A sense of humour

Senior Enterprise Software Sales (Social Media Expertise Required)

Job Description

We are currently experiencing exciting growth within our U.S. offices. To meet this growth, we are searching for a talented, driven senior enterprise software sales with a passion for social media to help us continue to improve and help bring us to the next level.

– Establish and maintain key strategic client and partner relationships

– Present to potential clients / large agencies and Fortune 500 companies

– Driving sales and effectively managing existing clients

– Research and identify key partnership opportunities

– Provide management with market feedback

– Support senior management in augmenting sales strategies and targets

Desired Skills & Experience

– Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field

– Minimum of 4-5 years’ relevant experience

– Self-starter and motivated multi-tasker with an entrepreneurial spirit

– Good knowledge of the social media industry

– Experience in working with CRM tools

– Possesses a helpful consultative approach

– Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal

– Fluent in English, fluency in Spanish a plus

– Good negotiation skills while listening to client needs
