Loic Moisand co-founded Synthesio in 2006 with the original idea of harnessing Social Media Big Data to provide meaningful insights and build customer driven organizations. Loic, responsible for overall company operations and strategic direction, has guided Synthesio from an early start-up to becoming a global leader in Social Marketing software solutions. Under his leadership Synthesio has built a truly global team, growing revenue and clientele year over year since its kickoff. Now with offices in France, the US, UK and Singapore, Loic and Synthesio are continuing to lead and innovate in the Social Software Market. Loic holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School, Paris, and is an international speaker and advisor at social media and technology conferences and events globally.

As the Chief Product Officer and Co-founder of Synthesio, Thibault drives major innovations (which have been recognized by the French Ministry of Research and Development), such as multilingual information retrieval, automated content extraction, data visualization, influencer analytics and natural language processing. Thibault has over 10 years of experience in web monitoring and crawling, and holds a MSc in Computer Science from INSA Lyon and an MBA from ESSEC Business School Paris.
Leah is responsible for leading all strategic marketing activities at Synthesio including branding, positioning, product marketing, communications, go-to-market strategy and all aspects of demand generation. Prior to joining Synthesio, Leah served as Director of Global Marketing for Lombardi Software (acquired by IBM), where she was responsible for all aspects of Lombardi’s worldwide strategic and tactical marketing. During her tenure, she built the global marketing strategy and team, and helped guide the growth of the company through its acquisition by IBM. Leah has more than 10 years of experience successfully delivering software products and services to market. Leah has held positions of Worldwide Marketing Management at IBM, Lombardi Software and Inquisite.
Janet Megdadi, Chief Revenue Officer, is responsible for all global revenue (new business, upsell and renewals), ensuring that Synthesio’s sales organization is consistently performing at a high level across all global offices.
Janet brings more than twenty years as both a sales professional in the high tech and eCommerce industries, with a great deal of experience in omni-channel retail and CPG. She worked for companies ranging in size from start-ups to Fortune 100, and she has successfully built sales organizations selling enterprise software, media offerings and SaaS and services. Prior to Synthesio, she spent more than six years at RichRelevance where she was Senior Vice President of Sales and Account Management, leading the sales team for the Americas.
VP, Global Human Resources
Barbara is responsible for leading the HR function across North America, Europe and APAC, with a focus on driving organizational development strategies that support global growth, talent acquisition and retention, workforce planning and management, learning and development, compliance, compensation management, and benefits and rewards. Barbara brings more than 25 years of HR experience to Synthesio, most recently having worked with the leadership team of the French company, Neolane, where she ran all Human Resources functions in North America.
VP Sales, North America
Chris is responsible for managing the US sales team and driving new business growth in the Americas. Prior to Synthesio, Chris was a founding member of a mobile ad-tech company called Pontiflex and managed the entire sales process as their Chief Sales Officer. Chris has also held sales leadership roles at Orbitz, United Online and About.com.
Managing Director, France
Nicolas is heading Synthesio’s Paris team with the responsibilities of growing new business, ensuring key accounts satisfaction and building strong sales and client success teams. For more than 15 years Nicolas has been working on Fortune 500 account management and development in the areas of market research, corporate communications and digital analytics. In his prior roles he has been a pioneer in online data collection and social media research in companies such as Ipsos, OpinionWay and MetrixLab, letting him build a deep understanding of advertisers’ expectations and business objectives when it comes to adopting new data analytics solutions and KPIs applied to Marketing and Communication.
