Every January, experts seem to be everywhere, offering dieting and exercise advice to the millions of Americans who vow to trim their waistlines and get in shape — including which apps to use to enhance results. But while expert recommendations certainly have their place, the more important question may be this: which diet and exercise apps do regular people actually use — and like? After all, even if an expert recommends it, if you won’t use it — or don’t like using it — the app is unlikely to help you meet your goals.
