Exciting Times for Synthesio


Whether you’ve been following our progress for a while or have just discovered Synthesio recently, it’s fair to say that we’re going through an exciting period of growth.

Since the beginning of the year, we’ve added clients like McDonalds, Janssen Pharmaceutical, OMO, Vodafone, Don Q Rum, Dyson, Gucci and Trident Gum to our already impressive global roster.

We were ranked among the top 4 Listening Providers in the world by leading research organisation Forrester, in their recent report entitled ‘The Forrester Wave™ Enterprise Listening Platforms Q2 2012’. As the only European provider in the Wave, this also makes us Number 1 in Europe.

We’ve just announced our collaboration with Lithium, the industry leader for Social Customer Experience, to enhance our Unity engagement platform – soon to be relaunched with a new interface.

We were also recently voted the Number 1 Capital Efficient Venture-Backed Start-Up in the world by Momentum Index; a key recognition of our performance over the last couple of years.

What enthuses us most, however, is that the Synthesio family is growing all the time. Since the beginning of the year, we’ve added 16 people to our ranks across New York, London and Paris. We’ve always been a multinational company since we started in Paris – and we continue in this tradition with each new hire… suffice to say, we’re now made up of close to 20 different nationalities.

In particular, we’ve made a couple of senior hires who bring a wealth of experience to their roles and will help us to grow even further.

Thomas Le Gac (@thomaslegac), previously one of our clients as Head of Customer Service 2.0 at Orange Telecommunications, has joined our Paris office as Managing Director. His track record in online customer service and social CRM practices is second to none, and through our work with Orange, he has a deep understanding of how our products like Unity can be utilised by big brands for significant ROI. Under his direction, we hope to build an even greater market share in France moving forward and turn more brands on to Social CRM, the Synthesio way!

Also recruited to our French division in the position of Sales Director is Nicolas Saintagne (@nicolasaintagne). He joins us with over 10 years experience in social media and market research, with previous roles at CRM Metrix, Spotter, Opinion Way and Ipsos. Nicolas will head up our sales and business development efforts in France.
