Yesterday the Forrester’s Forum for eBusiness & Channel Strategy Professionals in Chicago wrapped up after two days of informative and innovative sessions, providing eBusiness & Channel Strategy Professionals with the direction they need to lead their firm’s move to digital dominance. Attendees learned how to lead the transformation of their firm’s digital sales and service strategies — and in the process, overhaul their customer relationships and drive the customer experience.
