Loic MoisandCEO and Co-Founder
Loic Moisand co-founded Synthesio in 2006 with the original idea of harnessing social media data to provide meaningful insights and build customer driven organizations. Loic, responsible for overall company operations and strategic direction, guided Synthesio from an early start-up to the global leader in Social Marketing software solutions that it is today. Under his leadership, Synthesio built a truly global team, growing revenue and clientele year over year since its initial launch. Now with offices in France, the US, UK, Belgium and Singapore, Loic and Synthesio are continuing to lead and innovate in the social software market. Loic holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School, Paris, and is an international speaker and advisor at conferences and events globally.

Thibault HaninCTO and Co-Founder
As the Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder of Synthesio, Thibault drives major innovations (which have been recognized by the French Ministry of Research and Development), such as multilingual information retrieval, automated content extraction, data visualization, influencer analytics and natural language processing. Thibault has over 10 years of experience in web monitoring and crawling, and holds an MSc in Computer Science from INSA Lyon and an MBA from ESSEC Business School Paris.

Mathieu is the CFO of Synthesio, and is a steward, preserving the assets of the organization by minimizing risk and getting the books right, as well as an operator, running a tight finance operation that is efficient and effective. He helps to shape overall strategy and direction, installing a financial approach and mindset throughout the organization to help other parts of the business perform better.
Chris HalvorsenVP of Global Sales
Chris is the Head of Global Sales at Synthesio where he oversees all global sales executions, go-to-market strategies, business development, sales operations and revenue growth to support the growing market demand for the company’s solution. Chris has more than 15 years of sales leadership experience and has held multiple sales leadership positions at both startups and public companies. Outside of work, Chris likes to spend time with his wife and three great kids.

Andy is responsible for the Account Management organization at Synthesio. His team ensures Synthesio solutions meet and exceed all clients business objectives. He has lead brands for 18 years. 11 of those years were in SaaS Technology, delivering technical and branding solutions. Prior to account management, he built his professional foundation in product management and UX design.

Barbara CurranVP, Global Human Resources
Barbara is responsible for leading the HR function across North America, Europe, and APAC, with a focus on driving organizational development strategies that support global growth, talent acquisition and retention, workforce planning and management, learning and development, compliance, compensation management, and benefits and rewards. Barbara brings more than 25 years of HR experience to Synthesio, most recently having worked with the leadership team of the French company, Neolane, where she ran all Human Resources functions in North America.

Greg Roth, Synthesio’s VP of Global Marketing, is a pioneer in the social SaaS space, having spent the last ten years educating brands and agencies on strategic best practices and the power of data-driven digital marketing. Greg provides strategy and execution across multiple facets of Synthesio’s marketing machine while driving the development of sales acceleration, product education, and digital content deliverables.

Jean-Mathieu TilquinVP of Global Partnerships
Jean-Mathieu is in charge of all of Synthesio’s global Partnership activity, including selecting and working with the best partners in our ecosystem. These partnerships create significant go-to-market synergies and raise the value our customers’ social media solutions. He also selects and manages Synthesio’s technology and data partners, which are at the core of Synthesio’s solutions. Jean-Matthieu brings 17 years of experience in the fields of Product Management and Partnerships in global high-tech corporations and holds a Master of Science in Electronics and Signal Processing from Paris VI University, and an MBA in Intelligence Marketing from HEC Paris.

Alex is the VP of Engineering at Synthesio where he leads the R&D team: frontend and backend developers, data science, QA and infrastructure teams. He is responsible for empowering the team and to ensure that his engineers deliver the technology stack needed to execute Synthesio’s innovative roadmap while maintaining the high-quality standards that have defined Synthesio’s products. He has over 15 years of experience in Software companies, leading tech teams at blueKiwi, FullSIX, and Dassault Systèmes. He holds an engineering degree in Math and Computing from ESILV.

André is the head of Client Operations. The Client Operations teams are responsible for onboarding new and existing upsell clients, as well as handling their Technical Support and Sourcing needs. These three teams work collaboratively to ensure two simple things, successful implementations, and happy clients. André has more than 20 years in the technology field working for both public companies and startups. During his free time, André enjoys spending time with his 5 kids and dreaming of owning a puppy!

Margie is the Director of Analytics at Synthesio, where she leads the global team of methodologists and insight analysts in the execution of best practices and visionary reports leveraging social data to inform and answer clients’ key business questions. Additionally, she applies traditional marketing research methodologies to enrich and advance social media listening measures to validate metrics. Margie has over 20 years’ experience as a versatile market research statistician and storyteller with a specialized concentration in cross-media, social media insights and analytics, client service and consult, sampling and multivariate statistics, and digital research methodologies.

Nicolas is the head of Synthesio’s French team, and responsible for growing new business, ensuring key account satisfaction and building strong sales and client success teams. For more than 15 years Nicolas has been working on Fortune 500 account management and development in the areas of market research, corporate communications, and digital analytics. In his prior roles, he has been a pioneer in online data collection and social media research in companies such as Ipsos, OpinionWay, and MetrixLab, letting him build a deep understanding of advertisers’ expectations and business objectives when it comes to adopting new data analytics solutions and KPIs for marketing and communications.

With a strong passion for digital transformation, Antoine has more than 15 years experience in marketing, with a focus on monitoring, analytics, content and other consultative services. He currently leads Synthesio across the APAC region, supporting local Asian brands, as well as global brands in Asia, to unleash actionable insights from their social media engagements, measuring their online reputation and consumer relationships as well as drive social ROI. Prior to Synthesio, Antoine built a background in market research with the TNS Group, and a range of media and events companies.
