Loic is responsible for overall company operations and strategic direction. Under his leadership, Synthesio has grown from a startup to the leading Social Listening Platform that it is today. Loic and Synthesio continue to grow customers and revenue by leading and innovating in the social media intelligence space. Loic holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School in Paris and is a speaker and advisor at conferences and events globally.
Chris oversees business development, sales, account management, and sales operations to support the growing market demand for the Synthesio Social Intelligence Suite. Chris has 15 years of sales leadership experience and has held multiple sales leadership positions at both startups and public companies. Outside of work, Chris likes to spend time with his wife and three great kids.
André is responsible for managing our strategic partnerships and client operations teams. These teams of Customer Success Managers, Technical Account Managers, Sourcing, Operations and Technical Support professionals, work collaboratively to ensure two simple goals: successful implementations, and happy customers. André has 20+ years experience in the technology field working for both public companies and startups. During his free time, André enjoys spending time with his five kids and dreaming of owning a puppy!
Julien drives innovation, including multilingual information retrieval, automated content extraction, and natural language processing. He ensures Synthesio engineers execute on the product roadmap and vision. Julien has ten years experience leading engineering teams in the French startup space. Before Synthesio, he worked as a Deputy CTO managing 80 developers. During his spare time, Julien enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, and dancing Latin dances.
Katie partners with managers to run programs that attract, develop and retain the right people for a growing company like Synthesio. She’s passionate about the role of HR in helping growing businesses succeed. Her background focuses on building and managing HR teams for emerging tech and new media organizations. Outside of work, Katie is active within her community and spends time with family and friends.
Sacha is in charge of running the end-to-end product lifecycle. Sacha’s team is the bridge between engineering and customers, running all aspects of the product including product releases, roadmap and vision. Sacha has seven years of experience in B2B tech with companies of all sizes. Outside of work, Sacha enjoys many activities, including being a movie aficionado, building his furniture, and playing lots of video games.
Vijay leads a team of solutions engineers who provide expert technical consulting and scoping. His team is also tasked with serving as a bridge between customer objectives and product use, in-tandem with the revenue teams. Vijay has more than a decade of experience working in social media and digital marketing, both on the service side and as a customer. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and singing karaoke competitively.
Sandrine is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in EMEA & APAC. She does this through ownership of HR services, policies, and programs. Sandrine has been in HR for 20 years, working for technology and marketing companies, both small and large. Sandrine enjoys a fast-paced, high-tech and multi-cultural environment, where talent development and employee engagement are critical.
